Enjoy the thirteenth episode of Blenderheads, a series about the people behind the Blender project. In this episode, we explore the gradual transition from Ton to Francesco in leading Blender, and how the new leadership team finds its way.

all the best to Ton. May he be free from his life project blender. Leadership positions should be held by people who put others above themselves and not make leadership a personal thing. I saw a lot of personal focus with the new leadership team. Change of generations and way of thinking is clearly visible. I would prefer the informal style of Ton than the overthinking/self centred approach of francesco. luckily I don’t work there. All the best for everyone
